What a bargain for a great room! This is a solid motel. All new fixtures and interiors. Beds were comfortable and great for ending the day and getting sleep. Don't expect a 5-star Hilton but for what I paid, I got a great deal and would stay again.
The rooms were updated and clean. The beds were firm with a soft top (which is my favorite). Breakfast is sparse but we knew that going in and wanted to visit another breakfast place instead so it worked out. The showers we're large and water pressure good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Room was clean and modern and updated. Everything seemed recently remodeled. Beds were comfy and linens smelled clean and fresh. Big TV with cable and a lot of channels. Breakfast was modest but good enough: 3 choices of cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, individually packaged muffins and pastries, yogurt. Front desk staff was friendly. Location was good with view of the hills. If ever back in Rapid City will stay here again.
Good long term stay, not so much if you are looking for single night stays. He is now adding rooms with kitchenettes so if you need an efficiency apartment this is a decent place to stay. Usually quiet, and not a lot of people hanging around.
5 stars because they deserve it! Best motel ive been in since I left Michigan. The beds are like the best hotels..the decor is adorable and functional, including ; K cup coffee with mugs, hair dryer, shampoo, lotion, updated everything! Everything way exceeded our expectations including the customer service which was exemplary. I would expect to have payed close to a hotel price but didnt! We will definitely be staying again!
We had a great stay at The Nest! We made a last minute reservation, and were very pleased with how extremely clean, cute, and comfortable it was! The bottom unit was a bit noisy with foot traffic from above, but was not bad at all. The hotel staff were kind, and provided great recommendations for local food. And the in-room coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!
This was an all around great experience! The rooms are very clean and modern, and the staff is very helpful. We were upgraded at no charge to a larger room when they found we had not booked one with adequate room for all of us. The area looks a little sketchy, but we had no issues and there are some newer shopping/eating areas not too far away. I would definitely stay here again.
This place is a bargain!! They got us in last minute. Matched the online price that we found. Were very helpful. The room we had was newly remodeled and it was so nice! And clean!!! Def a great deal for the price if you don't need the frills of all the other hotels. The only small suggestion I would make is get a different shower head. But that wasn't even a big deal.
